Merchant Automotive 10218 Deluxe Fuel Filter Head Rebuild Kit

The Merchant Automotive 10218 Deluxe Fuel Filter Head Rebuild Kit includes everything you need to rebuild and upgrade the fuel filter head your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. The stock fuel filter head can leak over time causing hard start issues once it loses prime. This fuel filter head kit includes a billet bleeder screw, billet WIF plug and a complete rebuild kit to recondition your fuel filter head. The rebuild kit includes all the seals and O-rings necessary to rebuild the filter head, saving you the expense of buying a new filter head assembly.  

The Merchant Automotive 10218 Deluxe Fuel Filter Head Rebuild Kit includes an WIF delete plug that will not crack and strip like the WIF sensor. This WIF delete plug is manufactured out of T6061 aluminum and goes into the bottom of your filter to remove the existing sensor. A new O-ring seal and 3/8" drive ratchet plug makes installing this WIF delete a cinch. This kit also includes a black anodized 6061 aluminum bleeder screw that will not strip out like the factory plastic screw.
