CDP has the Icon 168507 2" Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack that can provide increased suspension lift and better ride quality for your lifted 2008-2023 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty truck. This leaf pack is designed to replace and improve the center leaves of the factory leaf spring pack while retaining the stock main leaf. This makes this leaf pack both cost-effective and easier to install as it doesn't require the complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle. The additional leaves included in the pack are designed to optimize ride quality and minimize axle wrap compared to lift blocks. The design also shifts the overload transition point to enhance small bump compliance.
Features:
- Sold Individually
- 2" FSD Expansion Pack
- Less Axle Wrap Than Lift Block
- More Cost-Effective Than Full Leaf Pack
- Retains Factory Main & Overload Leaves
- Reduces Axle Wrap Compared To Lift Blocks
- Provides 2" Of Lift When Installed With OE Rear Blocks
- Offers Improved Ride Quality Compared To OE Leaf Springs
- Retains Factory Main Leaf For Easier Installation Than A Full Leaf Pack
- Moves Overload Transition Point Further Away For Better Small Bump Compliance
Note:
Fits single rear wheel models only.
Not recommended for Ford F-350 with dual real wheels.
Sold as single leaf spring expansion pack (2 required per vehicle).
Not compatible with 2023 Super Duty models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
Depending on year and block configuration installer must use the appropriate U-bolts (not included in kit).
When installing in conjunction with 2.5-3" front lift ICON recommends replacing OE rear blocks with 1" rear blocks (ICON part # 191201) and 12" U-bolts (ICON part #s 37004 or 67004, depending on year). 2" bump stop spacers will also be required (ICON part # 61002). Most F-250s will net .5" of rear lift over stock while most F-350s will net rear ride height .5" lower than stock.
