Carli Suspension CS-FPSKIT-3X2 Pinion Shim (2 Degree)

The Carli Suspension Pinion Shim Kit (2 Degree) CS-FPSKIT-3X2 for the Ford F250/F350 is designed to improve driveline performance by addressing common issues with pinion angles in lifted trucks. While the ideal pinion angle in stock applications typically falls within the 1-3-degree range, some customers have reported driveline vibration at around 70mph when under power, even with angles within this range. After testing, Carli discovered that by installing these 2-degree pinion shims, the vibration was eliminated, providing a smoother ride at all speeds.

With the two tested vehicles having end pinion measurements of 4 and 5-degrees, both experienced perfectly smooth operation under power, leading Carli to revise their pinion angle recommendations for lifted trucks.
