The BD-Power 1047511 Turbo Thruster II can push up to 525HP will supporting modifications in your 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. Feature the Ballistic Billet 66mm compressor wheel to improve centrifugal strength while flowing 1050 CFM. This turbo utilizes a custom-designed 360-degree thrust bearing and is mated to a heavy wall backplate for greater durability and to minimize heat. The waste gate controls maximum boost pressure while the 0.84 A/R turbine housing minimizes exhaust gas temperatures and smoke. This turbo outperforms the stock turbocharger and helps improves fuel economy without damaging compressor surge. This replacement turbocharger is serviceable and includes a new oil resistant intake hose and clamp.
