The BD upgraded manifolds tackle the bolt failure issues on the exhaust manifold by combining extended fasteners and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. In addition, BD-Power designed independent mounting locations for the heat shield, separating it from the mounting bolts to help enhance reliability. These manifolds feature a robust, thicker design, and are constructed from high-silicon ductile iron to reduce warping, ensuring your truck remains on the road for the long haul.
