The Alliant Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module AP63426 is the stock replacement option for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The fuel conditioning module helps keep water out of your diesel fuel to keep your truck running its best.

Note: Trucks built prior to 9/15/03 may have three plug connections and would require a new wiring harness for installation.
