The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABF595 DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System from CDP is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. The 5G is engineered to be the quietest, most efficient, and longest lasting lift pump system available from CDP.

The AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank. 

The AirDog II-5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. A dual feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation.
