The AFE 46-60068 BladeRunner Street Series Wastegate Actuator is a direct replacement for the factory actuator on your 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. This wastegate is manufactured using stamped steel for maximum strength and has a coated black for corrosion resistance and style. These units come preset to factory settings but do have a locking jam nut for precise boost pressure settings. No modifications of the turbocharger are required when installing this wastegate.
Preset to 40 PSI:
Little to no adjustment is needed for installation and this wastegate offers a range from 20-60 PSI.
Direct-Fit Replacement:
Bolts up to the stock mounting location and requires no modification to the turbocharger for a hassle-free installation.
Stamped Steel Construction:
This actuator is constructed of black-coated stamped steel for durability and strength with all necessary hardware included for a straightforward installation.
Heavier Spring & Larger Diaphragm:
These components keep the wastegate valve seated longer to improve power, mid-range torque, and acceleration while preventing wastegate creep.
